Definitely not being slept on, just went 3rd wr 5 skill in my draft. I’ve got him lower, maybe a spot or two or threw

While they clearly have zero bearing on how Campbell will actually pan out as an individual - it is absolutely worth noting for those that are dubbing this as some sort of "great situation" and bumping Campbell up for perceived situation. This community made the exact same mistake for Moncrief & Dorsett due to "situation" and many are doing it again.

The fact is that Campbell is exceedingly raw, not a good route runner and his YPR is shockingly low for such a "speedster".
I guess it's "worth noting", but just because Moncrief and Dorsett didn't pan out doesn't mean they won't. I think pointing out the differences between them is totally fair and valid. I also think that being tied to Luck for the foreseeable future is unquestionably a plus.

He wasn't even on anyones radar as a top 12 prospect prior to the NFL draft. I think that's part of the problem. If he was mocked earlier I think he'd be in consideration as a top 3 dynasty asset.

Top 3 dynasty pick this year or dynasty asset?!?!?!

My take is he has gifts that can’t be taught. He went to a team with a great QB and a smart player in Hilton.

He obviously needs to learn more routes but looks like a hard worker and eager.

The Colts are absolutely in love with this player and Hilton’s Wheels are becoming a concern. With Funchess on the outside he should get a lot of slot work but has speed to burn anyone with and looks to be a potential WR1 in a couple of years.

Worthy of a top 6 pick. Really close to Deebo in football talent imo. Campbell is certainly growing on me.

No major flags, college is a lot different. The NFL is a full time gig and he will get much better and more sophisticated coaching.

Really needs to sharpen up his routes, rounds them off today but that is correctable.

I apologize for picking on one specific point, but where is this coming from? Obviously Hilton isn’t getting any younger, but he’s still only 29 and was an absolute burner as usual last year. And I am definitely not the type of fan who props up players on my favorite team - if anything, I look at Colts players through a harsher lens than normal.

what routes?

This guy is a worse version of Corey Coleman so no I don't think people taking him round 1 are too low on him.

Hilton suffered Hamstring last year that cost him 2 games but the injury that concerns me more was his High/Low Ankle sprain back in December. He didn't really need surgery and is still not 100% today. This has been going now some 140 days or so. These types of sprains are tough but they typically last around 6 to 9 weeks or so and it sounds like Hilton's will be at least 3x that.

I am a fan of Hilton but I project rookies 3 years out but also look closely at existing WR's a couple of years forward.

I mentioned a couple of years and Hilton turns 30 this November. I wasn't knocking him but IMO this is a pretty good time for the Colts and fantasy community to begin the transition process away for Hilton.

The Colts have made several balance moves. Added Funchess, added Campbell, have two quality TE's, and improved O Line to help in running game.

Hilton's Peak trade value for fantasy is now. He is still good but I do predict a production hit this season and that should continue from my perspective. Within a couple of years as I stated, Campbell has a potential of being the WR1.

Hilton is under contract for 2 more years. But his 2020 contract is 14,542,000 which is all savings if released. His market value will take a huge hit after this season especially if not extended which is unlikely given his age IMO.

Took a closer look at Parris and really like what I've seen. And it looks like the dynasty community is in agreement, as his rookie adp seems to be moving into the top half of the 1st. Indeed, I think he is arguably a top 5 pick at this point.

Hard pass. With workout metrics like these, I'll gamble he wont be the next Landry.

Think the Colts coach and GM are both looking for high-character guys, and I've read that Parris Campbell falls into that category of player. I have no doubt he will hone his craft, and his taking the locker next to Ty Hilton is just one step in the right direction.

Paris went 1.08 in my rookie draft last night. If he can improve his ability to get off press coverage I think he has the ability to be a solid wr 2 in this league. Only knock I see in his film.
In too many leagues to list players. Check out my Dynasty Deep Dive!

I took him at 1.10. I think the landing spot is great and as T.Y. declines Campbell takes over the lead WR there.
