Trying to get younger at WR while picking up multiple assets, trying to gauge the difference between my K. Allen and another owner's B. Cooks.
If I ask for his 2020 1st, would I have to throw in my 2nd? Is that even worth it? The other owner is probably a playoff team, but probably not among the top 2 - 3 in the league.
What makes up the difference between the two WRs?

Allen's name carries more clout for some reason, but I don't see a huge difference. A 2nd on the cooks side should do it

Re: Difference between K. Allen and B. Cooks
Narrative around Cooks is pretty negative atm. 2nd might not do it but I wouldn't want to add a 1st.
I'd try for someone like Corey Davis or Godwin and ask for a 1st on top. They are both on a career arc to match Cooks avg yearly production if they take the next step.

I like Cooks, but I'd still need at least a mid/late 1st on top of him to move Allen.

Re: Difference between K. Allen and B. Cooks
Id check the cooks owner to see if he'd even add. Ive spent alot of time on a few teams this offseason and found i could have saved a bunch if time by simply getting a gauge of how my partners value my asset aswell as their own.

Cooks is more electric, but Allen is a Larry Fitzgerald level technician. He will be murdering DBs for several more years.

I personally wouldn't add to Cooks for Keenan. Unless the Cooks owner came to you, I wouldn't expect an add. Of course you should ask for one, but don't be surprised if the ask is straight up.

Re: Difference between K. Allen and B. Cooks
I ran this through the DLF dynasty trade analyzer and Allen + 2020 2nd for Cooks + 2020 1st came out really even. I think I'd rather have Cooks and a 2020 1st. FWIW, Cooks & 2020 2nd wasn't enough for Allen.kmbryant09 wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2019 1:53 pmTrying to get younger at WR while picking up multiple assets, trying to gauge the difference between my K. What makes up the difference between the two WRs?

Allen was WR11 while Cooks was WR15. And last year (and year before) Cooks was in a new system. I doubt any Cooks owner is adding a 1st (I certainly wouldn't). Maybe you could get a 2020 2nd.

Agree that as a Cooks owner, I would not add a 1st to him to get Allen. I'd say Allen = Cooks + early/mid 2nd.
