If he falls past 5, I will be trying very hard to trade back into the First and snag him.

Depends on your scoring, but yes I'll be taking him in my leagues if he is there at 7/8

In a couple of leagues I have had rookie drafts in, both 14 team superflex with pretty good scoring for DEs though one waters it down some allowing all edge players a DE designation, he went 2.04 and 1.13. In both I was throwing offers out to try to move back in and take him, in the one I had 1.06 and took haskins and didn't have another pick until 2.09, the other was a co-OP league and I already had Aaron Donald, Myles Garrett qnd Frank Clark and had been unable to move any of them, despite them scoring 275, 192, and 186 points, making them the number 17, 75, and 89 overall scorers, just no market there to get a late 1st or early 2nd, so at 1.09 we took fant and i couldn't get back in to take bosa. In that one it would have been tough though as even if he hits I dont know that I could have moved him for the pick I would have taken him at. I am determined to get him somewhere though and am considering him mid 1st in an upcoming draft in a contract league and if not there he will join his brother, hunter, and cam Jordan on my dline in the 1st round of a 12 team start 2 DE league

Lucky, where did you read the Jags May be switching to 3-4? Is it credible?

Looking at Josh Allen at a very near pick and just saw that comment. He’s LB now, but I assumed he would go to DL. Designation will impact my decision.

I doubt it, there was no coordinator change and their D has been fine. No need to fix what isnt broken, especially just because a rookie is added.

Just speculation from Jax media websites, no idea how credible the articles are, but it was enough to make me pause.

Just started up the 6th round and I'm eying adding another DE since it looks like that is where the most talent is left. I blew the team up right before the draft, so I'm going the young route. 16 team league that can start up to 3 DEs: 2 DE with a DL flex spot.

So far I've drafted Bosa and Burns, having Carl Nassib and Arden Key for youth and some other schmoes. I think what is left is:

DE: Zach Allen, Anthony Nelson and on down
DT: If this is even a consideration.... Lawrence, Hill..

Feels like Nelson has some opportunity now with JPP.
If the AZ experiment pans out, Allen could have lots of chances for sacks. Is he someone that the best we can hope for is AZ Calais? Lots of tackles... a couple sacks?

Zach Allen is a somewhat high floor, very low ceiling type of guy. MAYBE he can be Derek Wolfe, Manny Ogbah, etc

Anthony Nelson tested like a freak athlete. I’d gamble on him.

Allen reminds me a little but of Ionodias on the Redskins. Big body with some underrated wiggle and relentless fight. Moves east and west well too.

I'm in a 12 team draft that is nearing its end and Josh Allen and Brian Burns went at 4.03 abd 6.06 respectively. That seems low to me on both of them. Its a MFL league with some savvy owners ( I think) so that LB designation seems to be scaring people off. I admit i was one I had them both in my crosshairs earlier in the draft and couldn't pull the trigger
