Who would you rather have.

Depends on the state of a team for me. I think Howard has immediate point value on a contending roster and would be a great injury/bye week fill in. I would want Freeman in a rebuild however.

You can make a case that Freeman is the more valuable dynasty asset of the two. But Philly won’t be cutting Howard. He’s the only back there that’s shown he can handle a large workload and the fact that he’s still on his rookie contract makes him more than affordable in 2019.

The new coaching staff employs a zone blocking scheme which suits Freeman. Freeman and Lindsay will likely split touches. Both have a role on the offense.
