Makes no sense. D. Harris was one of the top RB prospects heading into the 2018 draft before he decided to stay in school. And that was a strong class. Now, in a weaker RB draft, he's almost considered a bum and the 3rd stringer is the top RB prospect. I don't get it.

I think Jacob's is the more complete back and just flat out looked more electric to me than harris.

Some of the comments though shows the negligence. But yes now that more mainstream is finally catching on it will happen.

credit to matt Miller at bleacher report who was easily first among nfl draft analysts to have Jacobs as a surefire first rounder. He has him 5th overall on his big board.

The mcshays and zierlens of the world are adapting. I’m sure kiper will come on board in 2 months. LOL

Wasn't it really Daniel Jeremiah that got the Jacobs' hype boat really going?

Miller is the one who reported that NFL teams are grading Jacobs higher than they graded Fournette as a prospect, but that was after DJ put Jacobs at 1.05 in his NFL mock after a scout scoffed at him for "only" having Jacobs in the late 1st instead of earlier originally.

Depends who you talk to, I never liked Harris or Love and was quite annoyed they didn't declare last year as I wanted some better players to drop to me. So both them coming out this year does nothing for me to improve this draft class, Jacobs I'll admit looks the part on field so I can see the appeal.

Yeah that’s it. Eye test alone for Harris makes me not want to draft him anywhere near his perceived value

What is it People love about him, that they dont like about Holyfield ?

They are both from a top tier school, both got 1 year on the field/tape (Holyfield got better stats)
Holyfield looks like an average two down back.
I disagree, mostly because Holyfield is very good in pass pro. I also do not think he is average, but I hope everyone else does, haha

Hes the "next Kamara" just like Michel was last year. Im assuming this time its because hes shorter and he wears KT tape on the backs of his arms like Kamara does.

I won't have the chance to draft him. Wish I did, oh well.

I would love to see the Raiders grab him; but only if he slips to the early 2nd.

It's because despite the lack of usage/production in college, many scouts believe he has the skill set to be a better pro than college player. He has a 3 down skill set and a lot of borderline elite traits.

Right now Jacobs is a first round projection, and I've seen Holyfield anywhere between rounds 3-6. Professional evaluators see a difference. Doesn't mean they are right. I like Holyfield, and you should be able to get him in a rookie draft well after Jacobs.

Surely a huge part of the difference is Jacobs' being highly touted for his complete game while Holyfield may have the fewest career receptions of any RB in the entire draft.

I have a feeling Josh Jacobs is going to be one of the most highly studied players by owners in this years rookie prep, and all eyes will be on him come combine time.
