Id keep Sutton and Alshon. I personally like Mike Williams the most, but you're basically playing redraft. I'd keep the productive players (Alshon, even though I dislike him for dynasty settings) or in the Sutton/Williams/Kirk debate, I think Sutton has the chance for the best year

Man thats tough... I have to agree with Jigga94. Sutton and Alshon but M.Williams is a very close 3rd. Williams gave a taste of what he can do in Week 15 when he had 7 targets but thats really all we got.

I'd keep Jeffery and Williams. Since this is just a 7-keeper league and not really a true dynasty format, you want to keep the guys that you think will produce immediately. Jeffery has a good chance to bounce back to WR2 numbers with a healthy Carson Wentz, no Golden Tate, and potentially no Nelson Agholor. Tyrell Williams may be gone, leaving more targets for Mike Williams even if Hunter Henry is back healthy, and we've seen the ceiling if Keenan Allen were miss any time next season.
On the other hand, Sutton has to overcome Case Keenum as his QB, and while Christian Kirk may produce decent numbers in Kliff Kingsbury's new offense, Larry Fitzgerald is confirmed to be returning and will steal away targets. Ultimately, these two players have more obstacles to overcome in the short term.

Wow, that is a really tough call. Personally, I would keep Williams and Sutton but I'm high on both. Jeffrey makes the most sense, but I would look to the younger side. Williams seemed to be coming on at the end of the year.
