[FILLED] Marvel vs. DC Devy Startup

Starting up a new Marvel vs. DC themed devy league. 3/12 spots are filled already, here are the highlights:

- 12 teams (2 divisions - Marvel and DC)
- $56 per season ($50 prize pool + $6 MFL fees) + $7 one-time fee for site graphics (League Safe)
- Rosters are 27 max, 4 taxi (devy only), unlimited IR as long as eligible
- 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, 1 TE, 1 SF, 5 Flex
- 0.5 PPR + 0.5 PP1D (QB/RB/WR)
- 1 PPR + 1 PP1D (TE)
- Devy Draft as soon as everyone pays
- Startup Draft after Super Bowl
- Rookie Draft 1 week after NFL Draft
