No. I think he's way too risky to use that kind of capital on him. He could always decide to go back to baseball if he doesn't get drafted high enough, doesn't go to the team he wants, etc.

I'm definitely a lot more skeptical on him than the masses apparently. A lot will come down to draft capital though. High investment means high opportunity. If he isn't Day 1, nothing will be guaranteed, though there would certainly be pressure to have him in the starting lineup at some point to see what he can do. Not sure i'm drafting him 1.1 regardless though, as there is certainly a lot of risk in his projection.

A lot depends on landing situation. I think Haskins is the better play either way. We will know more about both in the coming months though. Way too soon to decide now

All pretty much solely due to his height, but I'm seeing a lot still giving him 1st round grades. Add in the fact teams are always desperate for QBs and the added financial incentive for drafting a QB in the 1st round due to the 5th year option I guarantee he will end up going in the 1st round.

Whether we are taking fantasy or real NFL draft here, I would be absolutely terrified to pick him early for fear of any adversity hitting him and he immediately going to baseball. I wouldn't invest anything early in Murray on that fear alone and we haven't even talked about how small the dude is yet.

Maybe, but I wouldn't feel good about taking him unless he goes early in the 1st and to a team with an obvious path to being the franchise QB.

The NFL has rules now that overprotect QB's and offenses are incorporating a lot more college concepts. Honestly, this is almost the perfect league for undersized QB's to succeed in now. Wouldn't be shocked if he goes Round 1.

Yeah, he’ll slip if he’s really that small. I don’t think everyone will be scared off he measures in around 5’11. Everyone was worried about Baker and he measured in taller than expected and performed.
