I know I’m getting excited...although I would be more excited if he had all of NO’s normal weapons at his disposal.

I traded for Bridgewater about 3 months ago. Gave away Keelan Cole, 2nd and 3rd rookie picks in 2019 draft. I'm kind of hoping Drew wins the Super Bowl, retires and Teddy takes over. Maybe he waits one more year to take the job knowing Drew is at the end.

Or he signs as a free agent this year. He's the best available. I hope he kills it Sunday!!
In too many leagues to list players. Check out my Dynasty Deep Dive!

Would definitely like to see Brees retire and Bridgewater stick around in that offense. Imagine Bridgewater, Kamara, MT, Smith. Solid offense.

Anyone have a prediction / expectation of what you expect this week?

Say 250 yards with 2 Tds & 1 Int?

95 yards and 3 picks...because it’s his pattern to break the hearts of those rooting for him.

I hope Payton tries to really keep the system open to bridgewater, tests him out with lots of shotgun (which he thrived with in college and hasn’t gotten to do much of since). See what he can do...don’t just hand it off 40 times...

If Thomas, Kamara and Ingram sit most of it, this will be valuable snaps/film for the B squad, including Austin Carr and Keith Kirkwood. I don't think you can discount Taysom Hill getting significant touches.

I'll say 200 and a TD for Bridgewater, 30 pass 70 rush for Hill.
League #1- 14 tm ppr, 1Q, 2R, 3W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1K
1 DT, 2 DE, 2 LB, 1 CB, 1 S, 1 flex

League #2- 12 team PPR, 1 Q, 1R, 2W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1 R/W, 1 R/T, 1 Def

Yeah it is going to be interesting - I think it is likely that NO will use plays & players they want to see how they do that they couldn't or did not want to use prior - but at the same time I do not expect them to do anything that will show their hand for their playoff gameplan.

Yeah probably not the best stat line - but on the bright side he still did better than Bortles.

Considering the situation, players inactive, and relative disinterest of the Saints in winning - I cannot be too disappointed. Every game action helps.

Not that much of the offense was inactive though.
I mean, Bridge only got MT a 5-29 line from 7 targets.

Agree that this was disappointing. However, it does show that he was healthy enough and recovered enough to make it through the game. As an owner in a couple superflex leagues, I would have loved to see him come out and crush it. As a fan of football, I’ll settle with him playing a full game.
