Is this a case of amnesia? Davis easily. Better talent. Be patient.

Im a vacuum Davis, but I prefer Boyd. Dont trust or have much belief in Mariota/Titans... also Davis has been wildly inconsistent. I agree if you have him you have to hold and be patient.. but what if it continues? We arent there yet, but at what point do we move before his value takes a huge hit? Remember people saying the same with D. Parker... now you cant give him away. Granted Davis missed most of his rookie year, just saying its easy for the “be patient” to snowball.. Tenn isnt running many plays and Mariota has been banged up and inconsistent... IF both change for the better Davis should improve

Wow if this is the case I need to go send out some offers for Davis. Last I checked during the off season the manager was sky high on him.

idk boyds been pretty damn good this year borderline wr1 in my leagues PPR 6pt receiving/rushing tds .1ppy hes wr 15. Corey Davis is wr 41 and Boyd is playing behind Aj green... not saying that doesnt help boyd to an extent but hes doing it while having competition for targets. Not to mention Boyd was a 2nd round pick which holds some merit. I know Davis was a top pick in the draft but im not involved in this trade a buddy of mine said he offered davis and two 19 1sts for boyd and got turned down so i posted this poll to gauge some personal value.

Most owners were high in the off season... not saying Im not high on him... but he hasnt done much and only has one WR1 week this season. Davis is extremely talented but I prefer Boyds situation. Tenn has had a lot of coach/coordinator turnover and they could always turn jt around and Davis could blossom into the WR we all hoped he would... but I could also see a situation where he becomes like a Parker statistically and due to QB and situation he never becomes the stud we hoped

Thats just crazy! Id say Boyd is worth a mid 1st and Davis a late first. But Davis AND two firsts is massive overpay imo. Thats an easy accept

Definitely trust Boyd more for a playoff run this year if competing

The Titans (Mariota/Davis) have had a brutal opening schedule. Not to mention Mariota has been hurt. If you can get Davis for cheap this is your chance. Gilmore should hold him down this week so theres still time.

I prefer Davis, but I believe that there isn't much of a gap that would warrant either side adding anything that isnt just filler.

Yeah just put a feeler out there to the Davis owner in my league. Still ridiculously high.

What has Corey Davis done in his career to warrant being valued over Boyd? I don't think it's that crazy to prefer the 23 year old who is producing at a high level over the one who hasn't.
Team 1: 2012-2016
2013 Champion, 2012 Runner-Up

Team 2: 12 Team PPR - 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 R/W/T, 23 man rosters, est. 2016
2021 Champion, 2020 Runner-up

JT, Ekeler, Mostert, Javonte, Chuba, D. Harris, M. Carter, J. Hill, Spiller
Chase, AJB, Amon-Ra, Aiyuk, Olave, DJM, Dell
Andrews, McBride, Engram
IR(3): Chubb, M. Williams, Rodgers
Taxi(4): J. Palmer, Tolbert, T. Palmer
2024 Picks: 3, 4, 5

Team 3: 12 Team PPR, 6 pt Pass TD - 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 3 R/W/T, 28 man rosters, est. 2019
2021 Champion, 2022 Runner-up
Jackson, Love, Tannehill, Z. Wilson
Barkley, Mixon, Mostert, J. Wilson, CEH, Gaskin, J. Hill
J. Jefferson, Diggs, Waddle, Evans, Metcalf, Sutton, R. Moore, Slayton, Berrios, Carter, Dortch, Powell, Raymond

I agree. How long have people been waiting on Parker? How long are they willing to wait on Davis? I don't think his situation changes at all until at least 2020. There is a point when you have to realize that a player's upside may never be realized and you're better off with someone already producing at that level. There is definitely a gap and it favors Boyd.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

I’m taking Boyd over Davis. Today’s game without AJG will show how good Boyd is when he’s the featured WR, this game could make his value even higher. As the Bengals’ WR2 he is outproducing Davis who is the Titans WR1.
