Apparently the Browns were trying to get a WR sent their way for Hyde.
Man...I wish they would have pulled Keelan Cole...

Re: Carlos Hyde traded to Jaguars
Cole would've been interesting, Moncrief on a 1 year deal would've too.
I wonder if there were other teams in on the bidding. Oakland did reportedly put Amari on the block and Lynch could be done this year.

Re: Carlos Hyde traded to Jaguars
Yup I was one of the lowest on him and still had him as a low end dynasty RB2, just didn't like the idea of viewing him as a future RB1
Went from my RB 21-24ish to my RB16-19ish
Re: Carlos Hyde traded to Jaguars
Oh I'm in the same boat as you, dont get me wrong. Look around though. Every other thread is about him. The hype is unreal. His value thread went from an early 1st to 1.01 plus.
His talent didn't change and hes still worth the same, but his market value is insane right now. Of course, it's not sustainable but now everyone is looking to buy and driving the price up

Re: Carlos Hyde traded to Jaguars
I agree with Chubb in the RB16 to RB 21 range with room for him to break into the back end of RB1 territory if he gets any passing down work

Re: Carlos Hyde traded to Jaguars
I think Chubb expectations ROS went up more than his value. Although I do agree there will be a short period of people paying crazy prices...

Re: Carlos Hyde traded to Jaguars
It would also be cool if they could have grabbed Westbrook, considering Mayfield was his QB in college.
The standard is the standard.
Re: Carlos Hyde traded to Jaguars
Well Hyde seems to have gotten the running snaps expected - but Yeldon continues to be a PPR monster - going to be interesting to see what happens if / when Fournette comes back - we should know by end of week if he'll be practising enough to start Week X. My bet is that Yeldon keeps much of his role, but Hyde becomes what Chubb was.
Yeldon is currently on pace for 75-80 receptions ...
