Seriously?!? ... it’s one blow out game. As a Kamara owner, I’m glad they saved some wear & tear on him.

If the game would have been competitive in the second half, Kamara & Thomas would have gotten much more usage.

He screwed me in a league. And he screwed my opponent in a different league.

So the glass of water is half full!

Not worried whatsoever. Like Forza_Azzurri said, if anything I'm glad they're saving some long term wear on him. Washington is bad (that entire division is a mess), and the game was in the bag by the end of the second quarter. It's a long season ahead!

Also, the Saints should take advantage of Ajayi's injury and try to trade Ingram to Philly. It would be a perfect trade for everyone involved (at least for 2018).

Joeday plays in way too many redraft leagues.

I think by asking if he could buy low, Joe was acknowledging that this isn’t anything to be too worked up about.

That said, you have to believe that Kamara’s production outlook for the rest of the year takes a hit with Ingram playing. Weeks 1-4 are in the rear view mirror and now his owners will need the high efficiency of 2017 to get RB1 production as the 25 touch workloads are gone.

WR: A.J. Brown, Diggs, K. Allen, C. Watson, Cooks, Pickens, W. Robinson
TE: Kelce, J. Smith, Musgrave

Very well said. It’s always a good idea to investigate if owners might be panicking.

I’ll admit, I own him in my redraft league and I’m a bit worried for his ROS outlook.

Just traded Mike Davis and a 2020 3rd for him. /s

I think, as Joeday seemed to be suggesting, it’s worth sending out some cheeky buy low offers tomorrow.

Re: Kamara the RB1?

Postby Metriculous » Mon Oct 08, 2018 9:56 pm

You know I really hate those weeks when Gurley gets game planned out of a big workload and they decide to go with the other RB on the team at the goal line or even that dynamic dual threat QB they sometimes like to use.......
Eleventeen Time Champion of a Sad Little League
Jealous much? Of course you are.

(Insert Clever Team Name That May Contain Sexual Innuendo)
A bunch of league settings you won't read anyways....numbers and such

QB - A guy with only one or two good years left in the tank
RB1 - A guy who stands charged with several minor crimes (Guilty until proven, right?)
RB2 - Young guy that is only good because of his offensive line and workload
WR1 - A guy whose metrics make up for his stone hands
WR2 - A dude who is probably too short to catch the ball
TE - This guy played basketball, right?
DEF & K - I guess we are still doing this .. :wall: ...

I don't own Kamara.

If I did, I wouldn't be panicking, but going forward, I would expect that Ingram will take some of the work load that Kamara had compared to his weeks 1~4.
