Wow, only 3 keepers is almost like redraft. I guess you try to keep players who are top 5 at their position so I would keep Manning over Wallace.

QBs-Brees,Luck,Bridgewater

I would keep Wallace over Manning. There will probably be many more quality QB's in your redraft then quality WR's
12 Team 1QB PPR
8 Starters - QB 1, RB 2(4), WR 3(5), TE 1(3)

QB - Kyler Murray, Derek Carr, Kenny Pickett
RB - Christian McCaffrey, Bijan Robinson, Kyren Williams, Travis Etienne, James Conner, Antonio Gibson, Chris Rodriguez
WR - Tee Higgins, Jordan Addison, Michael Pittman, Nico Collins, Rashee Rice, Christian Watson, Jerry Jeudy, Rashod Bateman
TE - Sam Laporta, Kyle Pitts, Darren Waller, Isaiah Likely
Picks - 2.10, 3.10, 4.10, 5.10

Manning. He's still elite. You'll be able to keep someone else when he isn't.

Wallace. With 3 keepers you should still be able to draft a top 10 QB. A top 10-15 WR? Nah so much.
Team 1: 10 Team, 4 Keeper League, Non-PPR
QB: Deshaun Watson
RB: Ezekiel Elliott, Leonard Fournette, Kareem Hunt
WR: Julio Jones, Dez Bryant
TE: Rob Gronkowski

Wallace. My approach to FF is to focus on the contributions from RBs and WRs. Two mid-level QBs can play matchups and get you into the playoffs but if you're carrying single figure running backs and too many WR2s you're going to get slaughtered by fantasy studs.
12 Team, PPR (0.5RB, 1WR/TE): 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1Flex (RB/WR/TE), 1PK, 1Def:
QBs: Nick Foles , Mark Sanchez, Jameis Winston, Jimmy Garoppolo, Jonny Manziel
RBs: LeSean McCoy, Carlos Hyde, Darren Sproles, Charles Sims, Bryce Brown, Mike Davis,
WRs: Jordan Matthews, Deandre Hopkins, T.Y. Hilton, Brandin Cooks, DeSean Jackson, Malcom Floyd, Aaron Dobson, Sammie Coates, Stefon Diggs
TEs: Eric Ebron, Scott Chandler, Marcedes Lewis, Clive Walford
K: Josh Brown
Def: New England Patriots

In a 3 player keeper league, my focus is on elite talent. Peyton Manning.

agreed. Mike Wallace won't be kept in my 12 team 3 keeper league, I can guarantee it.
