Well i dropped him in my home league. Now I gotta spend FAAB on him. :/

This is just a crazy turn of events. I checked Sunday morning for any news, and saw that a suspension was imminent so I dropped him. Still haven't heard anything about the suspension and now he's being re-signed. You can't make this stuff up.

His contract wouldn’t be guaranteed if they resign after week 1

I think the endgame to all this is that Al isn't dead, he's just manipulating events to humilate Mark for representing Cliff Branch back in the day.

Makes more sense than this being a rational plan to make the team better.

So they would rather take a chance being this Bryant back when there is a perfectly good nutjob Bryant in the form of Dez in FA.

I want absolutely nothing to do with M.Bryant. I'm predicting he is out of the NFL sooner than later. That Raider organization isn't the best place imo for a guy with that many strikes against him. One slip up, just one minor slip up and the hammer will fall.

Why do you feel compelled to go back out and get him? That open roster spot has more value to you.

Because I believe in the talent. I know there are mental issues, but the suspension stuff has been brewing since camp, so there's a chance his appeal is holding water. If the suspension stuff turns out to be just smoke, and he puts up a good game or two I see his value going up, moreso than an end of bench stash. I didn't spend much to get him back off waivers, only 5% of my FAAB. At worse, he really is suspended, and I drop him again -- I loose 5% FAAB. At best, the suspension is just rumor, or is successfully appealed, he has a 2015 like season and I flip him for a 2nd or he helps me win my league. Most guys on waivers now have the same worse case scenario, they don't have the best case.

He just needs to hold on until they get to Vegas. Then it will be smooth sailing for him.

So he HAS been suspended for one year but is allowed to play while appealing.

So he could have a couple of more weeks as it may be a few weeks before the appeal is held.

Did we ever hear back if Bryant won his appeal? Obviously he is injured but the fact that he is still unsuspended ....
