I give up Luck and the 1.10 this year

Does this seem fair enough to my potential trade partner? Any thoughts or suggestions? Maybe a different trade you would make to get Mahomes at a good value?
A little bit of backdrop:
-I'm loving Mahomes and his support cast this year and future.
-I won our superbowl last year without Luck.
-The Mahomes owner owns picks: 1.3, 1.8, 2.4, 2.7, 2.8 (his position is the 8th pick, he has 5 additional picks this year)
-He spent a late 2nd round on Mahomes last year (probably his 5th or 6th selection of the draft)
-I tried to send him my 2nd and 4th pick for Mahomes. He came back at wanting at least a first rounder. (Local league in Kansas, he said
there should be high demand for the new Chiefs QB.).....
-He trades a lot of players for picks
-His most notable players: Bridgewater, mahomes, A Rodgers, Kamara, McCaffrey, cj anderson, D. Booker, Kareem Hunt, juju smith, dede

In a one qb league...I will take the 1.3. luck is a huge question mark. With a healthy luck, I could see someone liking it. But, I look at it this way..from my current draft. Penny/Chubb and mahomes or luck and Ridley.

One qb league I take this too. You don’t even have to start mahomey, and you didn’t need luck last year to win. Take it and get another rb at 1.3.

The guy has A. Rodgers.. like others said 1 qb league why would the other owner make this deal. I would look to exploite his weaknees at WR.
