I prefer KA to Evans, not by a ton, but by a bit, so getting two picks for free seems like it makes sense to me.

I value these guys pretty equally. If you prefer Allen, then it's nice getting a 2nd.

Recency bias for all the Keenan lovers.
They're comparing last season (Keenan's ceiling and Evan's floor).
The opinion on Evans is eerily similar to Nuke after the 2016 season where he fell a decent amount in ADP.

Now is the time to get Evan's on the cheap before he surges back to the top a la D. Hopkins in 2017.

Love Keenan, but prefer Evans and a 2nd ain't gonna do it for me.

Keenan side. Better situation, better QB, more opportunity for targets, not much older.

Evans has the TD upside, but Keenan is a PPR machine.

I agree with this. I love Keenen and bought low on him while he was hurt in both of my leagues, but Evans is in a higher tier for me. He'll be back in the #1 overall dynasty asset conversation this time next year. I don't see Keenen reaching that level of value.

It’s not all recency bias. Allen has been a ppr machine for a while now when healthy. Take 2015. He caught 67 passes and 4 TDs in 8 games. Evans had 74 and 3 in 15 games.

I love them both and don't disagree people are undervaluing Evans a bit but Keenan has been extremely consistent when actually on the field as an elite WR. I also don't think last year was his ceiling at all, he was coming off a torn ACL and didn't really turn it on until the second half of the season. I value you them pretty similarly depending on roster construction. Keenan for security in production, Evans for ceiling.

I prefer the Evans side. KA finally had a injury free year and I hope he can continue to do so, but I would not feel that comfortable with him being able to do so. Evans has enormous upside and last year was just a down year for him. I fully expect a rebound.

I disagree and I actually like Evans. Evans' efficiency is pretty poor and the competition for targets is going to decrease his target share. Mix the two and I think 2017 was the norm and 2016 was the outlier. Evans is much more WR2 than WR1 and he's most definitely the most overvalued player in dynasty. And again, I like Evans, but I'm not buying that he's a top 10 dynasty asset.

As to the original question, I'm taking KA and the picks pretty easily.

No bias. I am a huge Bucs fan. I have been a huge fan of Evans. But he is very much td dependent. In a .5 pt or less per reception league I will take evans. But KA is a catch machine and I will take that 9 times out of 10 in a ppr.

As for the nuk reference, the same could be said for Allen if he puts up another season like he had, which is extremely plausible given the fact Henry is gone.
