What would need to be added to Brandin Cooks (value in picks) for me to trade both Funchess/Crowder for him?

Nothing. I don't see you getting Cooks for Funchess + Crowder. Unless the other team is really short on depth, it is hard to trade quantity at a position for a better player at the same position.
