Kittle offer

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Kittle offer

Postby TrojanDynasty32 » Tue May 22, 2018 6:02 am

So, the following offer was made:

I get- Kittle

I give- Matt Milano, 3.01 & 4.04

The league is IDP, PPR, Superflex. I know a lot of people are really high on Kittle, but he only had 2 good games. One v. The inept colts and the other v. The rams practice squad. Should I take this deal (& why) or should I just take Hurst or Derwin.

Thanks
Team 1

QB- Carr, Mac
RB- Kamara, Patterson, Swift, Ingram, Foreman, Breida
WR- M Thomas, Metcalf, Keenan, Bourne, AB, Waddle, Green, D-Jax, Landry, St. Brown
TE- Waller, Hockenson
K- Tucker
D- Miami
Start: QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, TE, WR/RB, WR/TE, K, D

I like it, he could be a top10 TE easily. You should be able to flip him for far more next year if you don't want to hold on

Why do you think he will "easily" be a Top 10 TE?

^Agreed. I have Kelce, Gronk, Ertz, Engram, Delanie, Henry, Rudolph, NJoku, OJ Howard, Doyle, JGraham and maybe even Olsen ahead of him. Then there is still Jordan Reid, Gerald Everett and Gesicki whom I prefer to Kittle.

I like Kittle. Yes, he only had a few good games, but any type of production is usually good for a rookie tight end. The fact he flashed as a rookie leaves me hopeful for the future.

I like Kittle, but not sure how to value him vs the IDPs.

I'm assuming Milano is an IDP guy, so unless your league heavily favors IDP scoring, gimme Kittle pretty easily over 3.01 + a couple of 4ths.

I should have said that I think the trade is certainly worth it since those picks are late. I'm just not sure Kittle should be penciled in as a top 10 TE. The targets appear to be available but still have him pegged around 15-16 with room to move up a few slots.

I said he could, not he will... my english isn't gold though, agree :)
I think there is a world were he finishes as a top10 because the target-share isn't set for now. (there will be injuries as well, bad argument I know loll).
