Unless this is very very likely to be an early pick (and maybe even if it is) I would keep the 1.07. I think a mid 1st this year should be worth two future 1sts. Especially this year where 1.7 in a 2QB is going to net you a REALLY nice player as either one of the top RBs or top QBs.

I don't love the QBs this year (except for Mayfield). I don't think that the second tier of RBs are remarkable. I think that your biggest need is WR. I'd be happy with Moore at 1.7, but it's unsure if he'd be available. With that in mind, I'd make the trade. That will give you additional assets/ammo to trade in-season if needed to cover for injury or to bundle picks up to acquire a big-time WR.
