I feel like the 3.02 might've been the best asset in that whole transaction...?

I think there are legit questions about JMatt's knee & if his health will ever be the same again. Then again, maybe he's right that he suffered from the same knee injuries in Buffalo that he got surgery to fix in Philly. To me that's the whole enchilada with him. Unfortunately the burdon is all on him to prove he's healthy and back to from, brick hands & all.

Gotta wonder why Buffalo passed. Cards passed. And if the Pack passes tomorrow (his Packers visit was mis-reported in the press. It's Friday 3.23, not Thursday) that'll be a red flag to me. Says he's not healthy and may not be for camp. Not a good place to be in for a FA WR down on his luck.

I hope he gets on with the Pack and they have patience with him. If his health returns, he'd AT LEAST be as productive as Cobb in that offense after some acclimation time.

IF he is healthy he could look a lot like Michael Thomas catching passes from Rodgers.

He's never going to see Thomas' volume, but I bought him on the cheap (and plucked him off waivers in shallower leagues) and I might even hold if he lands in GB. He does have a 997 yard 85 catch 8 TD season to his name, and he's 25 years old. I wouldn't hate him in SF either. He needs to play out of the slot, but if he goes to a team where he can do that and he's paired with a good QB (GB, SF, IND, maybe even OAK or CAR), he has pretty reasonable WR2 upside in PPR. If you own him I'd just hold him right now and then consider selling if he signs in one of those spots.

Hahaha no. Just no. He could look a lot like Cooper Kupp if he's lucky, but he will never look like Michael Thomas. Are you just trying to start up the hype train to sell him lol

I've picked him up dirt cheap in as many places as I can. In my shallower leagues, he was a waiver wire pick up. For his youth, upside and career production, you're not gonna get many better fliers. Where I've got the roster space, I'll happily hold.

How much longer until it is apparent Green Bay doesn't want him either? Was hoping he would of signed by now so it is looking kinda bleak.
I want this hype train to get started, new younger Jordy Nelson incoming. I wonder if they cut overpaid Cobb if they sign Mathews to a cheap contract?

I have an offer to me for Matthews. Should I take Cody Latimer and the 37th pick in the draft?

He's likely in the middle of rehab, given when he had his surgeries. He likely won't get signed until he's ready to go.
