Hey.. sorry for not replying sooner. I forgot to be notified of replies. All RTTC leagues do run on MFL. I use LeagueSafe to collect and distribute fees, and GroupMe for most communications. The https://www.rttcdynasty.com/ website is just used for signup and rules.
