Value of Enunwa

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Value of Enunwa

Postby grandmabetty » Sat Mar 03, 2018 1:55 pm

I picked up Enunwa off waivers a few weeks ago and I think most in my league didn't realize he was out there. since then a few teams have been calling enquiring. I picked him up cause I am intrigued of what he could do. With Robbie Anderson getting arrested not long ago and Jermaine Kearse counting 5mil against the cap there have been talks of cutting both. Emunwa could resume his role as the defacto #1. I know in a Jets offense that might not mean too much but I see a ceiling as maybe top 20 WR if all goes well. Of course a lot needs to go well for that to happen. Robbie Anderson was ranked #18 overall in my league last year. I am short on draft picks this year with only 3 picks in the top 50. I have an offer for 3.08 for him. Thoughts on that offer?

Anything later than a mid-late 2nd, for me, is just as big a dart throw as Enunwa. He's had some success already, in a pretty terrible offense. If he can recover from the neck thing he's definitely got some starter value in most leagues.

"short on draft picks" is not a reason to make a trade and it's not as though Enunwa is going to get you into a sweet spot of this rookie draft. Hang onto him. He will carry more value the minute he steps back onto the field
