Trading DJ

I am in a ppc league( .1 ppint per carry) and .5 ppr. Was thinking about offering DJ for OBJ and the 1.6. Other owner has M.Thomas, J.Landry, and Thielen. He is bad off at rb. Is this a good trade offer?
