For my initial dynasty team I inherited an orphan after the 2007 season. My first draft pick was Jonathan Stewart, and I held him all the way through the league dissolving after the 2016 season. Off the top of my head I think I held Drew Brees and Jason Witten the whole time as well.
I inherited an orphan towards the end of the 2012 season. This isn't a league with a ton of trades, but I own nobody from that roster any longer. When I took over in mid November, the only players I had worth anything were:
Alfred Morris
Danny Amendola
Eric Decker
Ryan Mathews
Aaron Hernandez
Traded Decker for Alshon and a 2013 1st - owned Alshon until a trade before this season for Julio
Traded Morris for Ingram, Rueben Randle, Cameron Jordan, and a 2014 1st during the summer of 2013 (still hold Ingram)
Dropped Hernandez (had an offer for a late draft pick for him, but kept him for the constant news updates)
Traded Mathews and Mike James (starter after injuries) for TY Hilton and a 2015 1st in late Oct (still hold Hilton)
Dropped Amendola after holding for too long and him getting hurt too much
Drafted Hopkins, Eifert, and Kelce and still own all 3.
So I guess Ingram, Hopkins, Eifert, Kelce, and Hilton are my longest tenured at 5 seasons (4.5 for Hilton).

Forgot to mention Eifert. 1 rookie year, 1 year of production, 3 years of injuries...Thanks guy for having made me think you were the next big thing.

My longest running dynasty league (8 year) is a salary cap league, which means my longest tenured player is Andrew Luck, who I’ve had since his rookie year.

Since my startup draft before the 2016 season, I held on just 4 players Evans, Cooper, DT and Kelce.
