The one contender I have the Ewok on has a two game cushion for a first rd bye. That would make week 15 my first playoff match. Do I hold on though for the next six weeks. Guessing 3-3 is the minimum I need.

Players gave this power to Goodell. Going to be tough to ever win any of these except to delay through court system but now might cost team games down the stretch versus at beginning of year.

What is the next punishment for him now that he will be a repeat offender? Does it differ if he gets caught doing something other than a Domestic or is a "crime" a crime in the eyes of the NFL.

There's no such thing as "proven innocent". It's pretty common for civil cases like contract law to hold a lower standard than criminal cases; O.J. was found liable for Nicole's death in civil court. The NFL doesn't have to use the same standards as the state. I don't know the details here but it's not impossible that he deserved this.

I don't think Zeke will be a DV repeat offender, but should that happen it would be a lifetime ban under the league's new policy. But no, the league doesn't view all "crimes" in the same light. Separate policies for Substances of Abuse, Performance Enhancing Drugs, Domestic Violence. However, when it comes to other offenses such as a weapons charge, I believe punishment is at Goodell's discretion.
I believe that's a big part of what the NFLPA has an issue with. The arbitrary nature of the commissioner's punishment. At least as things relate to Zeke, we should have a definitive answer by 7:00EST on Wednesday, as his time to appeal will have expired and we'll know if the suspension stands. For now.
