Matt Ryan is the frustrating one. Has arguably the best receiver in the game. Doesn't use him in the red zone, goes multiple drives without even throwing his direction, rarely gives him jump balls. But Julio is the only reason matt Ryan is a "top tier" quarter back. Agreed. Look at the catches he made in the SB. They were ridiculous. OBJ's yards after catch is amazing... He can take a dead to rights curl/screen and go 16 yards with it.
