So what are the updated WR situations now?

Buffalo: Matthews, Z.Jones and Boldin. (Matthews & Jones outside and Boldin in slot, or Matthews and Boldin swap)
Philly: Alshon, T.Smith and Agholor (Seems like Agholor is slot guy after Matthews got moved)
Rams: Sammy, Woods and Tavon (Tavon the obvious choice for slot)

That the Rams were even trying to make Austin an outside-receiver is itself the red-flag that McVay doesn't really want him. Kupp has been awesome all offseason in training with the Rams and dueling directly with Trumaine Johnson, while Austin has been sidelined. Writing is on the wall.

This is what happens when I'm away from my computer all day. Goff was dropped in one league last week; bid in. Boldin was still available in 2 leagues; don't need a WR but bid in. Just offered DAdams+Perkins for Gurley (he's down on Rams); praying he hasn't seen the news. Owner is already looking it over.

I don't own any shares of Goff or Watkins (in any of my 15 leagues), but I really think the Goff hate is a bit out of control. He and Wentz were the consensus 1/2 QBs in some order, Wentz just got lucky going to an offensive minded team and coach. Goff got to go to a team that had a terrible HC and a first time (and terrible) OC. I know we expect instant results anymore, but are we really just giving up on a QB going into his second season? His coaches improved, his OL improved, his WRs improved, his pass catching TEs improved, he still has a very talented RB behind him and a decent defense. This scheme and this coach made Kirk Cousins a very rich man, and I am not giving up hope that he could do the same with Goff.

Possibly but I don't think so...all his home games are warm weather and Taylor is a better fantasy QB but is he a better QB? I think McVey will find ways to get Sammy involved.

I do think Goff is better than he showed last year but this is still a huge issue, gonna be tough to get the ball downfield to Watkins with no time to throw and if Watkins gets used as a short-mid possession guy he's gonna take a pounding and his health will suffer, I've got faith that McVey has a plan and Watkins is miles better than anyone Goff had last year but that line is gonna cause a lot of problems for that team

Sammy's main issue is still going to be his health. With the new regime in LA I don't see how this is considered a downgrade, assuming he can stay healthy. They desperately needed that WR1 player as Woods and Austin don't fit that mold, can't write Goff off yet. If anything it's a lateral move with the upside of Sammy staying healthy for 16 games.

They replaced Greg Robinson with Andrew Whitworth at LT...even if the rest of the line is the same that is a MASSIVE improvement. Like going from not having a LT to having one.

I purposely acquired Tyrod where I had Watkins for those one or two weeks he was healthy with a great match-up, was like a secret Dynasty stack play I had all worked out... but now...

Is Goff smart? Can he hold up and take a hit, seems a bit weak to me in a Chris Simms kind of way.. I mean arm talent aside, seems he isn't very well liked..

To compare Sammy to Garcon, DJax to Tavon, and Crowder to Kupp, is insulting to each of them. The only thing that any of those pairs have in common are their position.

I guess I am surprised that people aren't more down on this for Watkins than what has been posted. The first thing that went through my head as a Watkins owner when I saw this was a four letter word. If healthy I thought Watkins had WR6-10 written all over him for this year... now not so sure.

Also, I need to make a decision on McCoy. What do we think this does to his value?
