How you proceed after the Murray pick is key. Taking a productive older back over some talented younger players that early in the draft essentially puts you in a win-now mindframe. With your first 4 picks, your team is clearly going to be a contender. I'd ensure that my next few picks are for players that can help achieve that goal.

Didn't go into the draft with either a win-now or win-later mentality.
But, yes I believe it's win-now at this point......although I do plan on mixing in as much youth as possible later.

Who's still available? I probably would have passed on Murray, but depends on who else was there.

I would have passed on Murray. I'd rather have, say, Gore or Lynch MUCH later and used this pick on Luck, Baldwin, DT, or someone else (which TEs were available?), to name a few. The big reason is because your top three players could be used as the foundation for a win-now team AND as a foundation for a team to compete in a couple of years. Murray pushes that needle to one side, and I don't think that he's such a game-changing player that it is worth it to shift the needle just to get him.

That being said, I also would NOT define the rest of my draft based on the Murray pick. It was your fourth pick, and you have three great ones ahead of him. If you see that the rest of the draft lends itself to a younger roster ready to compete in, say, two years, then don't double-down on Murray and bypass better choices because you feel that Murray forces you to do so. Better to trade Murray at a loss, if need me, to maintain your team integrity than to base you entire dynasty team and strategy on your fourth-round start-up pick...
