Martavis Bryant offer

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Martavis Bryant offer

Postby stoneghost28 » Thu Jun 01, 2017 9:17 am

I've been offered Kirk Cousins, Doug Martin, and an '18 3rd for Martavis and Andy Dalton. What do you guys think? I'm loaded at WR on this team (Keenan Allen, Baldwin, OBJR, Britt, John Brown, Martavis Bryant, Sammy Watkins, Tyrell Williams) but lack RB's (CJ and Ty Montgomery plus I own the 1.2, 1.3 and 1.8 overall picks this year and two firsts in '18 that should be fairly high). At QB all I have are Dalton, and Garoppolo.

What do you guys think?

I'd keep Bryant. His value will skyrocket when the season starts, as he is a superstar talent at only 25 years old. Nothing in that trade excites me. Martin's situation isn't great and he's in his late 20s. Cousins is an upgrade over Dalton but that could change if he goes to SF in 2018.

I'd hold. You have alot if other capital you can use to get upgrades at QB. 1.02 and 1.03 should set you up nicely for some RB help anyway

No trouble moving MB, but agree, I'd want a better prospect included

The offer is fine but given the number of people blinded by Bryant's talent who haven't been burned by a Gordon or Blackmon, you should be able to ask for more. I definitely would NOT risk holding him into the season.

I'd do that, but I'm not a Bryant believer. The upgrade at QB is nice.
