How much more is needed? Dez trade

For team 2 in sig. Owner wants my Dez Bryant. He is currently offering Moncrief and 1.10. I told him its not enough. He also has pick 1.05. What type of pick or player is needed to get you to want to move Dez, around the original package offered? Thanks all.

I would want the 1.5 as well. Dez is only 27 and a legit WR1. He plays on a well balanced offense. He has 5 more years of good production as the WR1 in Dallas.

I agree with the 1.05 being outside the top tier he would have to give me Moncrief and the 2 picks

Unless he's offering 1.05, 1.10 and Moncrief I'm not shipping Dez his way. I agree that it seems he's probably higher on Moncrief than the OP, and thinking he can buy low on Dez. And the inclusion of Charles Simms does absolutely nothing to sway my opinion. Hold Dez unless he's ready to make a serious offer.

Dez is a proven commodity, and neither Moncrief, the 1.10 or Sims can replace that. I doubt even the 1.05 will. Hold fast and sleep well at night.
