What you guys think of him?
Going to his 2nd season as ILB for the Bills. Rex already said he is going to "QB the defense".
Considering throwing a 4th (maybe 3rd) for him.

He's got one of the biggest + on the IDP side, with the weakness of the LB corps he probably won't come off the field. But I don't see him as an unreplaceable talent. Like his short term outlook, but don't want to have him as one of my main backers.

I like him, but if you can move him and a late pick/end of bench stash for someone like Telvin, Shazier, or Wagner then I'd look to do that
