Who do you want going forward? What reason?

Waddle seems less reliant on big places but also has that ability that could be unlocked. Metcalf has the better alpha body but Waddle could be the better overall player. Very tough call but I would lean Metcalf still reluctantly. He has all the tools still despite the bumps the last year.

Really depends on Russ. I like both players. If Russ stays, probably DK, but if he leaves, Waddle. Tua is a such a limiting QB for the upside Waddle has, and the Dolphins seem intent on riding with him.

I like Waddle between them. A touch younger but DK has had a far better offense than Waddle to date. While Waddle is already in a situation with many doubts about the team he performed at a high level. The QB play DK has had the opposite with Russ. Going forward it seems harder to see Waddle fading than DK. If I was picking one in a vacuum I would take Waddle but if I was trading I would want Waddle+ to move DK for him.

Well, DK lost Russ, and Waddle had Hill added. Both are negatives. Tough call here. I've heard some say Hill doesn't hurt Waddle, which is just plain silly. HC is coming from a low pass volume offense, and targets matter. Hill's contract and skill set are going to eat into Waddle's target share, there's no argument against it. Waddle's efficiency would have to get astronomically better to not have it be an issue. Waddle is still a good young player, but Tyreek hurts him, period. DK losing Russ hurts him, period. DK has to hope they add a better QB, or they trade him, or let him walk in FA (which I can't see happening).

Tough call here. I like DK by a hair, but it's really close.

That DK body should hold up for a while and he can win all over the field.
