Rhamondre Stevenson or AJ Dillon

Postby deadpool23 » Fri Dec 03, 2021 4:56 pm

10 team: 0.5 PPR w/ Standard Scoring

Both players are available in my league so trying determine who is better for the rest of the season as well as long term. Each played well when they were the lead back however have a roadblock to be the starter as Jones and Harris are also still in their primes.

Dillon is probably the safer bet but I don't see Jones going away for while with the recent big contract.

Thanks in advance.

Dillon for me, easily.
Situations can change, talent doesn't.
As a Stevenson owner, I would add an early second to get Dillon.

Green Bay really likes Dillon and is giving him work even when Jones is healthy. I think he has the brighter future.

Not a Stevenson owner, but I agree. Dillon for me pretty easily between the two.

I'd pile on, but I really like Stevenson and there's a chance that Harris' hamstring injury he suffered last night could nag him for a few weeks. something interesting to look at

Dillon is a solid pass catcher too. It's not that close at the moment.

Even, but if I had to pick, Dillon. Its hard to trust who gets touches in NE. Jones is past 24 and is more likely to miss time as he gets older. Rodgers decision will have an pretty good impact on this answer as well.
Team 1: 16 Team
QB's: Fields, Wentz,
RB: D. Harris, D. Montgomery, Kendre M.
WR: Chase, AJ Brown, Aiyuk, Bateman

TE: Andrews, Fant, Likely
(2024) 1.03, 2.03, 3.03

Dillon for me. He has looked more consistently good with his opportunities and when healthy I think Harris is the preferred option in NE

With Damien Harris becoming a free agent after the 2022 season, there has to be at least a decent chance the Patriots either trade him, in the upcoming offseason to recoup some value, or let him get signed by another team after the 2022 season. Don’t think they will want to sign Harris to a big contract, which I’m sure he will want and some other team will be willing to pay. I think I’d would rather take my chances and roll with Stevenson. Plus, Dillon will lose out on so many short TDs as long as Aaron Rogers is his QB. Nobody throws more 1 and 2 yard TD passes as Rodgers does. Count me in the minority wanting Rhamondre.
