Tee Higgins vs Jerry Jeudy

Postby halfbaked88 » Thu Nov 25, 2021 8:11 am

Who would you rather have?

Higgins has a franchise QB, but will never be the WR1 there.

Jeudy doesn't have a QB yet, but likely is the WR1 there. (But also has TE competition in Fant)

So close for me, but you have to choose one.

Which?

I would go Jeudy. All that is missing is a QB which looks to be top priority for Denver this upcoming offseason. Jeudy has a full skillset that should hit in time. His injury this year hurt his season and development but should not hold him back long term.

Thinking of offering CEH for one of these WRs in my rebuild.

Should I hold CEH he's only 22- or invest Higgins/Jeudy and find a RB when I'm ready to compete.

I feel like CEH is worth more than each at value, but I already have the guys 1st and 2nd and he's overvaluing James Conner/Gaskin as throw in replacement RBs.

Might only be available as 1 for 1 trade swap.

I would move CEH for Jeudy and you my be able to get a bit more on top.

Big body of Higgins over soft Jeudy.

To my eye, Tee Higgins has "shown it" over the last several weeks. The guy is competing for targets (and getting them) in a very talented WR room.

Jerry Jeudy has really done nothing to show that he is going to have elite production in Denver. I understand his situation is TERRIBLE, but Waddle and Elijah Moore are in bad situations and still producing.

Until I see an uptick in his production (he is undeniably talented), I will pass on paying for him...I would rather overpay by a little if I need to make a move for him next year than throw s*^# at the wall and hope it sticks this year.

with the luxury of hindsight, the answer is Higgins pretty easily

It was always Higgins

Don't think I've heard people talk themselves into why a WR is actually really elite despite their production like I've seen with Jeudy

IMO at least

Jeudy's hands bother me a bit. He dropped too many in college and has been doing the so in the pros. Not a ton, but still too many. People tend to forget that Higgins was mentioned in the same breath as Lamb and Jeudy when in college. He should have been a first round pick over Reagor, Mims and Aiyuk and has shown it in the pros.

I like proven. I'm going Higgins.
