I think this comes down to preference. Both have huge upside and value. Swift has a bit more of a question of workload in theory but the same could be said for Gibson. I prefer Gibson slightly, because Detroit has struggles at RB for so long, but I'm not sure you can go wrong with either.

I think Gibson has a clearer path to more touches. Detroit's offense is going to be really bad this year and for a bit. I just don't have much trust in Detroit producing an offensive fantasy star
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

Agree. And with a bad offense come more hits. How durable is Swift...

I thought I was going to come to Gibson as the conclusion immediately, but the more I think about it the harder it is to answer the question.

They had almost identical ppg averages last season in PPR scoring format. They have similar draft capitol and roles in the offense.

I think Gibson, as others have mentioned, will probably see his role in that offense increase more, and it will be a much better offense. However, Detroit figures to be playing from behind an awful lot, and I can see a scenario in which Swift is top 3 in the league in receptions behind guys like CMC and Kamara.

For me it comes down to floor, I think Gibson is the safer bet, but I don't think the gap is as big as some people think.
