Tee Higgins Vs Brandon Aiyuk

Postby Mr Reflector » Wed Jun 02, 2021 4:10 pm

On the clock in a dynasty start up and cant decide between these two?

Anyone know much about both players injury history as they seem to both have issues and seen Aiyuk injured himself today? My main concern with Higgins is Chase going forwards and with Aiyuk his usage if a fully healthy team is playing e.g. Deebo, Kittle etc. What do you all think?

I prefer Higgins being tied to Burrow, but both are solid young assets. Higgins is super young also based on when he came out. Pretty even on value currently.

Interesting. I have Higgins. This is a coin flip to me though. People often mention the rookie Ja'Marr Chase but Tyler Boyd...is also good at football! Would seem to be a crowded WR room. Would not be shocked if Aiyuk gets more targets in 2021 than Higgins.

What's also interesting is that Aiyuk went 1.08 in my league and Higgins lasted to me at 2.04 (20 overall). Mostly because my boy @raiders444 had to have Bryan Edwards at 1.14 because he is a Raiders homer

I went with Higgins in the end - such a flip of the coin likes been mentioned though! Also had a similar decision I had to make on Reager v Ruggs a few rounds later where I went Reager.

Should be Aiyuk. Every area you look at Aiyuk is ahead.

Not with situation. SF wont pass as much, QB is unsettled and QB is likely to use his legs more now too. They will also have a better Def than Cincy.

Honestly both are good talents but kinda silly to act like Aiyuks situation is obviously worse than Higgins hahaha Aiyuk could be a freaking target monster, kittle and deebo are made of glass (Aiyuk maybe too but that’s an different argument). I’d put situation at a wash at this moment and look at how both of them performed since both had bad QB situations mostly especially after burrow went down. I think Aiyuk is a little more of a playmaker. Lance could boost that or drag it down but I think Jimmy G helps Aiyuk if he plays. Wouldn’t be wrong with either choice but give me Aiyuk. I traded for him this offseason. Ready to see some playmaking RAC

Honestly I view Aiyuk as a guy that could make a huge jump on rankings and production this year. He’s an elite separator on the field to me. Jimmy G will look his way a lot.

Higgins showed he can smash and has a solid Qb on a pass happy offense..I like Ayiuk but were still not sure how the targets will shake out with Kittle and deebo healthy and then the x factor that is lance which could lead to less pass attempts meaning smaller pie for Ayiuk..I think Ayiuk is being heavily overvalued at the moment
