Gun to my head, I’d take Etienne. I’d be trying to trade back to 2 or 3, though, as I have Chase and Harris in the same tier. I’ll let someone else take the gamble on Pitts.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

Team dependent, but Harris for me. Young RB are the most valuable asset in the league when they hit. First round RB, are guaranteed volume, volume is king. Huge bonus that Harris is an amazing route runner with great footwork. I see a mix of Steven Jackson and Le'Veon Bell with him.
12 Team - PPR - 30man (2 IR) - 6pt PPTD- 1 QB - 2 RB - 2 WR - 1 Flex - 1 TE
QB: Jalen Hurts, Dak Prescott, Anthony Richardson, Aidan O'Connell

Chase. He is the best talent now and long term in this class.

Pitts for the upside positional value (think Kelce / Kittle / Waller ) vs the rest of the TEs.

Chase about a virtual tie but he might not be super dominant target share in Cincy w/ Tee & T. Boyd being solid .

Najee has volume but worry about o-line initially and QB situation long term.

All 3 are @ top shelf talents who may flourish regardless of lackluster talent surrounding them so I guess it’s dependent on team need or format which one fits the bill best

Yep, get 2/3 years out of him then trade him for multiple assets while he still has CMC/Barkley/Kamara price tag.

Had 1.01 myself but have been feeling very unsure about Chase this week and last night didn't help. Traded back to 1.03 2 days ago and heard top 2 will be Chase/Harris, so will likely go Pitts in my draft today. In a draft with 2 "generational" players in Lawrence and Pitts, I think I'd be going with one of those 2
Team 1 - 16 TEAM PPR - 1 QB / 2 RB / 3 WR / 1 TE / 1 D/ST / 1 K
QB: Lamar Jackson, Malik Willis, Sam Howell
RB: Saquon Barkley, Ken Walker, Michael Carter, Khalil Herbert, Keontay Ingram
WR: Chris Godwin, Christian Kirk, Josh Palmer, Terrace Marshall, Christian Watson, John Metchie, Mack Hollins
TE: Kyle Pitts, Chiggie Okonkwo
K: Justin Tucker
D/ST: Titans, Falcons

I agree there are two generational prospects here, and that makes Pitts the prize of the draft IMO. I'd be happy to trade back to 3 to get him.

I'm feeling better and better getting Pitts at 1.04 and 1.07.

I've got 1.02 and 1.07 in a 10 team, 10 player salary cap keeper and I have a top 3 team. RBs are king in this league, if you don't draft them, you can't get them. WRs and TEs usually drop in favor of marginal RBs and QBs are sometimes an afterthought (even with 6 pt TDs) because of the salary cap aspect.

1.01 will be Najee and I'm 99% sure I will go Williams at 1.02.

Normally I would be looking at Chase and Pitts for my two picks and as of now, I'm probably really not looking at either and unfortunately, another owner, who has several picks is probably going to get both with 1.04 and 1.05 and I wouldn't be surprised to see that he snags Etienne with 1.08 or 1.09 if I let him pass.

You have to adapt to your league and in year 18, RBs are still held like gold just like they were when I started the inaugural draft back to back with Priest Holmes and Marshall Faulk from the 1.01 spot. The way I look at it, I'm not in a position to normally draft a top RB, so I feel pressure to go that route or end up in RB purgatory in a year or two.

Yeah ultimately all that matters is league valuation...not overall fantasy valuation.
