Chubb v Henry v Jones

I’m in trade talks with another owner who has Henry, he’s trying to say Henry is significantly more valuable than Chubb and/or Jones. As I told him, all three are firmly in that T2 RB space for me so fairly negligible differences in value. He’s about to lose his mind because I don’t think Henry has significantly higher value when he doesn’t catch passes. Am I the one thinking backwards in everyone’s opinion? Not that it would change how I trade in this instance, just seeing if my valuation is off one way or another.

Henry has the safest workload and is a monster, but I dont have him valued significantly over Chubb or Jones. I value him over Chubb as he is not a pass catcher either, but Jones and Henry are very close. Probably all preference, but my rankings would go:
Henry
Jones
Chubb

I'd much rather have Chubb than Henry, though I do like Henry.
Chubb
Jones
Henry

Chubb is the younger more stable asset. And his organization is committed to building around him, thus safeguarding his health long term. Henry would be next because of security and sheer volume. Jones is last simply because he has significantly less security and his backups are there more for the intention of leverage and replacement than being complimentary. Plus the run game is not their focal point like it is in CLE and TEN.

Chubb
Henry
Jones

Henry has been criminally underrated in fantasy all because he doesn’t catch many passes. Who cares? I play in PPR and he’s still a top 5 back every year so does it really matter?

Last year was his first legitimately good season, 2016 unusable, 2017 unusable, 2018 unusable for most of the season besides a few ok games then a huge weeks 14-15. I agree he is underrated but I wouldn't say criminally with his past. Coming into this year would be the first year of his career where he should have been valued as a top 5 back. In PPR he has finished 2016-45th, 2017-36th, 2018-15th, 2019-5th, so by top 5 every year do you just mean last year and this year so far?

I care because Jones outscored Henry last year despite getting 36 less touches. Analytics tell us that a reception is worth a heck of a lot more than a carry on a per touch basis. Most of us play in some sort of ppr format so receptions to an RB are increasingly more important. Since 2015 no RB has finished #1 in scoring without substantial work on the receiving side. The only guy that comes close is Peterson’s #2 finish in 15 with 30 receptions. Henry has topped out at 18. All I’m saying is it limits upside when a player isn’t involved in the passing game.
