Cory Davis

What are the opinions on Cory Davis. I'm beginning to think that he is a bust. His first three years he earned the following:
Year 1-69 FP points
Year 2-182 FP points
Year 3-114 FP points

While in 2019 AJ Brown earned 216 FP in his first year and clearly became the WR1 for the Titans.

Davis came out of college and was labeled a stud thus getting picked 5th in the 1st round. In college he had fantastic stats and had an extremely high "breakout age" and "college dominator" values. So what gives? I know this is a make or break year for him so does he turn it around? Yes, the Titans are a heavy running team but when you average a little more then 112 FP per year you aren't doing much.

What do the readers think? I have him on my beach and probably will drop him to make room for the rookie draft because I can't get anything for him other then a bag of peanuts.

Voted bust in the sense of him being an upper tier wr, could see a change of scenery giving him some element of relevance as an injury or bye week kind of guy

Bust based on what he was supposed to be from a fantasy aspect. Serviceable in the NFL.

He’s getting close to being labeled a bust but you need to put a few things in perspective.


When you combine the fact He was in a run heavy offense with Mariota throwing to him for 2 1/2 years and mix in he was labeled as TEN WR1 which attracted opposing teams #1 Corners, the man had all odds against him.

I do believe he has a better year considering fact Brown will probably be trailed by teams CB1.
If I were a Davis owner I would have my fingers crossed he goes to a team next year that actually utilizes his talent.
