Carr is the best option now and probably long term of the group.

Carr is miles ahead of everyone here
He isn’t the MVP candidate that he appeared to be a couple years ago, but I think he will continue as a Matt Schaub type starter for the next 5 years.
Tannehil, Mariota, and Eli will make some starts probably over the next couple years but hard pass unless it’s a deep SF and I need bottom of roster depth.

All of them. Each is rostered across my sf leagues, though Not all are rostered in each. Each league is fairly deep so it’s caused many of the guys above to be traded in various deals. Your roster space and outlook should determine how many you want to stash.
