I value Williams more as he has WR1 potential. Having both Chargers wr's complicates this a touch but dont just move Williams because you have Allen.

They're fairly even in regards to value imo. My only question is was the offer made to you? If so, what more could you get along with Kupp? Say 2020 1st + Kupp for your Williams + 2020 2nd? I might be going against the grain here, but I think that would be trade worth making especially if it's PPR. Williams upside is his TD ability, not catching a volume of passes. You've already got that Charger (Keenan) on your team.
