Coutee was near the top for breakout age (some PFF article) and is younger than Deebo by 1 year and has played in the NFL for 1 season.
Some may comment my bias for him (have him on 3 teams), but I traded for him this offseason in team 1. The other two teams I drafted him in startup this offseason. This was probably my biggest buy this offseason besides T. Hill which I tried to get everywhere while his price was down.
I love me some Coutee.

Side note: he blew up against my Colts and could have rose colored glasses based on how well he did against them.
The thing that makes me think "bias" is that you're citing Deebo's injury history as a knock in a comparison against Coutee....who had three injuries to the same hamstring last year (each of which caused him to miss multiple games). That's a significant concern going forward. Injuries are more or less a wash between the two, in my opinion.

I think Coutee's "three" injuries was a result of not ever getting it fully healed before playing again. I think this is a concern, but I would like to have more than one season to label him as injury prone. Deebo broke his leg and now has a tweaked hip in practice. I don't think these are major concerns where they linger, but the first thing I don't want is for a rookie to miss time early.
I also take into account that Coutee is 22 and has been in NFL a full year. Samuel is 23 and this will be his first year.

I don't think a broken bone is typically a re-injury concern though. I have significant concerns where someone has had multiple soft tissue injuries to the same area. That Coutee didn't wait long enough to return is obviously a contributing factor, but doesn't really make me feel better about his hamstring going forward because the more you injure a hamstring, the easier it is to do again.

I'd rather have Deebo between the two. The main concern with him when comparing him to Coutee is that he's a year older. Other than that, I feel like he's got more upside and probably a better or more realistic chance at being a WR1/2 on his team. I like Coutee, but when you look back at last year, his numbers aren't as impressive as people make it out to be. He had one really good game where he received 15 targets (something that is very unlikely to happen ever again barring multiple injuries). With those 15 targets, he had 11 catches for only 109 yards. I say "only" because I would hope 11 catches gets you more than that (unless you're Jarvis Landry). Besides that game, he had two other decent games, but nothing spectacular. The rest of the games he played in were very bad and only averaged 3.6 ppg (and that's ppr). So again, he's a nice prospect and someone I wouldn't mind having at the end of my bench, but I see little upside. Whereas Deebo might have a low floor, but I think a much higher ceiling. Deebo was also a 2nd round pick, whereas Couttee was drafted in the 4th.
