I personally would go with Freeman based purely on the situation he is in. He only has to really compete with Devonte Booker compared to Johnson has Blount to vulture goaline carries, Riddick to vulture passing downs so he has to do quite a bit to separate himself in this offense. That is just me though

Im going Freeman not just because he is in a better situation, but also because his collegiate profile is much stronger than Kerryon's.

Yea I dont like Kerryon's situation at all. Give me Royce and let me see him right away

I guess I'm in the minority here but I'd rather have Kerryon. Situations change quickly in the NFL. For one the Detroit O-line is supposed to go from one of the worst to a top 10 according to PFF. Blount will not be there next year and Theo is aging and his contract is going to be up sooner rather than later. Kerryon also has a stable offense that will put him in goal line situations, Case is still a huge question mark to lead that Denver offense to more scoring opportunities. I also think Kerryon has a better 3 down skillset than Freeman.

I agree. Johnson's skill set as a 3 down back is solid. I also agree the Lions have been addressing the line in a big way.

I guess I'd go with Freeman, but I have them both in the same tier.

I had them graded equally before my draft as the #3/4 overall rbs in this class behind Barkley & Guice.
Situationally I much prefer KJ. Talent I'd lean Freeman.
