I received the following offer in a 12 team PPR league.

$300K Cap

Trade JStew 3 yrs @ $18K

Receive

Ingram 3 yrs @ 11K
Hillman 2 yrs @ 7K
2013 3rd round rookie pick

Should I accept this deal? Is it worth hanging on to JStew in hopes next yr he finally gets his chance to shine?

I prefer Ingram to JStew, so I say yes, take the deal. I'm not as excited about Hillman, but maybe you can trade him to someone else who has rookie fever? Of course, you'll probably have to sit on him until we find out if his hammy is gonna keep him out an extended period of time.

Are you able to taxi squad Hillman?

If not, the 2 year deal does not appeal to me, as I don't anticipate much from him this season. To me, the 3rd round pick is a throw away so it boils down to your preference of JStew vs Ingram.

As a JStew owner, I probably would pass... especially if there is no taxi squad option and you need to start Hillman's contract length right away.
