I am pondering whether to offer my 2021 1st round for Chubb. Chubb is had for 3yr at 20mil a year. If I do this I would have 10mil in cap space left.

What's the total cap for the team?

Whatever the NFL cap is. So this year; the leagues first year its 198mil. Right now I have 51mil of cap space. Adding in 10mil once Sutton is off IR brings it down to 41mil. I am thinking of offering Hunter Henry a 7mil/yr for 4 years which generously brings me to 30mil left. And adding Chubbs 20mil/yr puts me at 10mil of space.

With that said I would have;
Chubb, Taylor, Lamb, Golladay, Burrow, H.Henry, Brown, Sutton, Gibson all for 3 or more years. Diggs and Andrews I have for 25 and 15mil respectively for 2yrs apiece.

2021 1st is all I have for rookie picks. And it would limit me in free agent pool next season where Hunt, Sanders, Kupp and similar players will be put in if they aren’t extended.

What’s Moore valuable you think, the flexible of cap space, or locked in? Every year we get a 4yr, 3yr,3yr,2yr,2yr,2yr option to give to free agents. Every rookie is 3yr deal.

As of now, my gut is to take Chubb. Looks like you have a good team, and Chubb would help a LOT!

From my understanding 1-10 picks range 10 to 5mil depending when taken. They are all 3yr deals.

The guy backed out, mutually we backed out left the door open though. With news of Bell and Gordon. I have Lindsey and I picked up Gore today. They aren’t Chubb but paired with Taylor and Gibson for this year I might ride it out and be looking for a rb with my pick. The race is still tight so maybe with more separation in standings the trade might happen. Thanks for your input much appreciated!
