Help me break down the Bradford/Foles trade

StL gets: Foles, 2015 4th and 2016 2nd*

Philly gets: Bradford, 2015 5th

Apparently, one of the picks the Eagles gave away is conditional, and depending on how much Bradford plays, they could get that pick back. (I'm not sure which pick it is--I thought at first that if Bradford is NOT the starter, they get BACK the 2nd--still trying to find the accurate intel).

Now, let's just say the last part is true--the conditional 2nd. If Philly were to then flip Bradford, does anyone know what happens to that 2nd round pick? Do the eagles get it back if they trade Bradford away and he technically never starts for them?

If Bradford starts less than 8 games, PHI gets the 4th back. If Bradford gets injured in the offseason/ preseason and doesn't play at all in 2015, then that 4th turns into a 3rd

I'm confused... the OP said it was a 2015 4th round pick... How can they give back a 2015 pick after the draft happens?

Well he only has one way to go, and that's up. lol

While I was at work today, a co-worker told me that PHI/STL swapped 1st rounders in this deal. At the time it made a bit on sense to me because that would get Kelly closer to trading up for Mariota. Now that I see what the actual trade was, it makes no sense to me at all. I think STL got a gift here by getting Foles in return for Bradford without really giving anything up.

If Bradford is gone from the Eagles roster they get a 2nd back in 2016 (Not their 2nd but another one, presumably the Rams 2nd) if he starts 8 or more games then It's a 4th and if he starts less than 8 it's a 3rd. That's how I understand it, so that makes moving Bradford very possible considering they would wash on the 2nds next year basically.

What I had heard is that the Titans might have been more interested in Bradford than Foles so getting Bradford in place makes a trade up easier. Can't remember the source. Honestly, it's been such a crazy day it could have been a post on this message board.

It's been a mixed bag on the .gif. Some love it, some hate it. Eventually I'll change it again. For now it hasn't quite worn out its humorous nature yet.
