I was thinking that, he has looked pretty good but the one hail marry I watched was out the back of the endzone even if an Eagle came down with it. Hurts has looked promising though outside of those hail mary efforts.

It looked like he was trying to put to much air under the ball while only throwing it 35 yards. He's probably never made that type of throw before, hail Mary's are typically done at the 50 yard line.

Chiefs should try to use 6 seconds on kickoff return to get to the 2 minute warning

E: I guess he might not have been able to burn 6 seconds but should've picked it up in endzone and tried to dodge the other team for 6 secs.

Crazy that Payton would kick it deep there. The only reason you don't kick an onside kick every kickoff is because you don't want to let the other team start 10 yards away from scoring position. But when 10 yards (a 1st down) ends the game anyway you have almost nothing to lose by attempting the onsides. You lose a little bit of field position when you get the ball back but if you stop them there is going to be plenty of time (almost 2 minutes) to get into FG range anyway.

Wow the 4th quarter of the Chiefs and Cardinals games really killed me...I went from thinking I was 100% going to win to it being kind of uncomfortable. I need Hunt to score under 20.4 points tonight. He's only hit that number twice this season, but one was last week.

Meanwhile, in the other semi...neither team will finish within 30 of me.

I don't know if any team has tried the alternative of 4th and whatever. At what point does a team consider that?

And most of us Chiefs fans have been pissed about that for a while

CEH is considerably better than the corpse of Bell. It isn't even particularly close

How a rookie RB on track for an mid to high RB2 season with a 1000 yards became the most hated player in dynasty I will never know

It's easier to call plays at the 50 yard line than it is while being pinned deep. The onside kick is such a low probability now, it's not necessary worth the risk of giving the opponent excellent field position.
