Out of curiosity ... would the Phins have needed to give anything back, or could they have taken the salary for a 5th and called it a day? Basically, can trades happen in NFL with one party not giving anything up?

As a hawks fan and Penny owner I would love nothing more than this. We need to give Russ more time/get some more room for Carson to turn his 5 yard plays (which is most plays) into 7 yard plays. And seeing Penny with Arians? Cmon... That'd be dynamite!
