Three man dispersal draft, snake draft?

Three man dispersal draft, snake draft?
I am conducting a 3 man dispersal draft. Once draft order is set should it snake or not? We snaked the original startup but the rookie drafts will not be snaked. With only 3 teams in leaning toward not snaking. Any thoughts?

Even in a dispersal it should be a snake draft. It would be unfair to the teams that did not draw the 1st pick
