I would take Gurley, Cooper, White, Melvin, Parker, Yeldon, Perriman, Agholor ahead of him. That's 1.09

I'd say this is about right. But I could have him in the same tier as Permian and Agholor. So I would say anywhere from 1. 07-1.12 would be a good spot.
